One of the easiest ways to get a licensed copy of Microsoft's OS sorted is to use the Windows 10 KMS Auto activator, mate. Unlike other tools, this beaut little programme doesn't just block the software license check and rip out the activation bit, but picks the right key and swaps it when it runs out. That means KMS Auto doesn't mess with your system files, so she's right and doesn't affect how your OS runs. You'll only need to use it once – it'll sort itself out again after 25 days, no worries.
To get the thing working properly, you'll need:
- .NET Framework 4.
- Windows 10 OS. She also works with Windows 8, 7 (x86, x64 bit).
- Admin rights, of course.

Installation
Setting it up is a piece of piss – run the exe file and follow what the installer says. If it's the Portable version, you don't need to install a thing. Just give the exe file a double-click – she'll fire right up.

How to Use It?
When you start your computer, the programme will let you know if you need to activate.
Most folks have unlicensed copies. In that case, you'll see this message.
That means your copy needs a key. Hit the "Activate Windows" button and hang tight.
Keep an eye on the blue window while it does its thing.
After 5-10 seconds, she'll be done, and your Windows copy will have its key.
Fair dinkum, she'll set up a task in the scheduler to reactivate automatically. That means the programme can chuck in a new key by itself when the old one's had its day. So KMS Auto can keep your Windows sorted without bothering you and without touching your system files. She won't mess with how your system runs. That's what makes this beaut different from others that just rip out or block the license check.
Other Bits and Bobs
It doesn't always go smoothly, ay. But what if Windows 10 doesn't activate the usual way? Then you'll need to use a different mode, not the automatic one.
Head to the "System" tab.
Here you'll see 5 modes you can use for activation.
Each one's good for a particular job. By default, it's set to Auto. When that's on, the system figures out the best way to activate. You can also choose:
- WinDivert – this mode's perfect for activating Windows 10 specifically. Give this a burl first if Auto doesn't work.
- Hook – in this mode, the programme swaps the original system file just for the activation, then puts it back. That'll get you a key quick smart and license your system.
- NoAuto – a fully manual mode that, if you set it up right, can activate any version of Microsoft's OS, even the latest. Good for the pros who want a specific license key.
- TAP – when you turn this on, a TAP adapter gets installed – activation goes through that. Works a treat for activating Windows 10.
If you go with NoAuto mode, you'll need to generate ePIDs for Microsoft products in the "Settings" tab – they'll be used when putting in keys.
The manual mode is for the experts. Most blokes and sheilas just need to run the application and click the "Activate Windows" button.
